%X Se identificaron y describieron algunos aspectos importantes para mantener la conducta 谷tica en el Departamento de Anatom赤a Patol車gica, con vista a obtener un mejor desarrollo de la pr芍ctica profesional y lograr la excelencia en la atenci車n de salud. Se concluy車 que deben ser incluidos elementos como la formaci車n integral de sus trabajadores, con prioridad en los requerimientos 谷ticos y vocacionales; la colaboraci車n de los profesionales del citado departamento con los m谷dicos de asistencia en los procesos de diagn車stico y la informaci車n al paciente, as赤 como el establecimiento de una adecuada filosof赤a de trabajo. Some significant issues to maintain the ethical behaviour in the Pathology Department, in order to obtain a better development of the professional practice and to achieve excellence in health assistance were identified and described. It was concluded that elements as integral training of workers should be included, with priority in the ethical and vocational requirements; the collaboration of the professionals of this department with the assistance of the clinicians on the processes of the diagnosis and the information to the patient, as well as the establishment of a suitable work philosophy.
