%X Se efectu車 un estudio descriptivo y transversal acerca de la disposici車n mostrada por 16 profesores del Policl赤nico Docente Municipal de Santiago de Cuba hacia la comunicaci車n con los educandos de medicina que se formaban en la instituci車n durante el trimestre mayo-julio del curso acad谷mico 2009-2010. La investigaci車n revel車 que entre docentes y estudiantes primaba la comunicaci車n media y que era preciso dise ar una estrategia did芍ctica para mejorar la interacci車n entre unos y otros, en beneficio del proceso ense anza-aprendizaje en la instalaci車n A descriptive and cross-sectional study about the willingness shown by 16 professors from the Municipal Teaching Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba to communicate with medical students who received training at the aforementioned institution was carried out during the three-month period from May to July according to the academic course 2009-2010. Research showed that there was an average communication between professors and students and that, designing a didactical strategy to improve interaction among them was essential so as to benefit the teaching-learning process in the institution
