Se sintetizan sus principales aportes y se connotan las tendencias de dicho proceso en el 芍rea del perfeccionamiento de la did芍ctica m谷dica y en la profundizaci車n de la relaci車n ciencia-tecnolog赤a en salud. El an芍lisis presentado permite comprender y dise ar alternativas que contribuyan al perfeccionamiento del modo de actuaci車n de estos docentes. The results of the logical historical analysis of the teaching staff training process are presented in the Health Technology speciality, mainly in the contribution that 2 sources have offered: the technical and professional education and the higher medical education. Its main contributions are synthesized and the tendencies of this process are connoted in the improvement area of the medical didactics and in the deepening of the relationship science-health technology.
