%X The objective of the present research was to study the relationship among the Burnout Syndrome, the index ofperception of laboral stress, abilities to face stress and social support perception in a patterns of nurses auxiliarybelongs to a private clinic in Medellin city. This sample was constituted by 60participants of female sex, whose agesshifting between 20 and 40 years; for this purpose was necessary to apply the following tests: the shot version of theinventory of Maslach about labour weariness, the index of perception of laboral stress, the inventory aboutabilities to face stress and a scale for social support. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and theSpearmans coefficient correlation were used, which accepted statistics meaning levels of p< 0.01 and p< 0.05. Ingeneral terms, the results obtained point out a low presence rate of Burnout Syndrome in this sample.Keywords: Burnout syndrome. Laboral stress, coping abilities and social support.
