Computed tomographyand nasal endoscopy contribute in diagnosisof sphenochoanal polyps. Simple polypectomywhich partialy leaves a polyp inside the sphenoidsinus increases the risk of a relapse. Usingpowered instrument-assisted endoscopic sinussurgery we surgically removed sphenochoanalpolyp in a ten year old boy. We wide opened theorifice of sphenoid sinus and removed the cysticpolyp part from sphenoid sinus. At the annualfollow-up examination, this patient remains freeof signs of polyp recurrence. %K spenochoanal polyposis %K endoscopic surgery %K computed tomography (CT scan) %U http://www.ljkzedo.com.ba/medglasnik/vol62/M10_18.pdf
