%X The creation of the Advisory Committee for Regionalization is for many sectors the major project of Mohamed VI goverment and many active associations of the Moroccan civil society have been considered entitled to participate in this regionalization process. What are the positions and ideas released so far by the sectors of this civil society around the process of regionalization? What political and social actors are involved in this process? Are this permanent and organizaed? Are these actors as a new social movement in Morocco? These are some questions answered in this article.
