%X A Chinese - Turkish (K k)t¨šrk letter Uigur language) inscription that prepared on behalf of  t¨šken - Uigur khanate period princes Kar   or Tigin found in the old capital ChangĄ¯an (XiĄ¯an) of PeopleĄ¯s Republic of China. According to reports from the inscription, Kar   or Tigin is from Uigurs Yarlakan dynasty,  ab   TiginĄ¯s son, Kan TutukĄ¯s nephew, B g¨š Bilge Tengri KanĄ¯s younger brother. He, come to in order to quell riots which began in the country to ChangĄ¯an / XiĄ¯an participates as the imperial army Ą°left forces commanderĄą in TĄ¯ang Emperor Tai Tsung (D¨¤i Zong) time (in the fifth month of 794 year). Kar   or Tigin, when he was 20 years old got sick and dies in XiĄ¯an, in 20 May 795. TĄ¯ang Emperor Tai Tsung / D¨¤i Zong made a mausoleum for him in Zhang Du Yuan region where today located in 10 km south-west of XiĄ¯an and take an inscription that consist from Chinese and Turkish text on it. There are 17 lines in (K k)t¨šrk letter Uigur part of inscription that consist from two part. In this part, it is provides information about Kar   or Tigin ancestry root and who is he and state which TĄ¯ang / Chinese Emperor made a mausoleum on behalf of him and held death ceremony in 7 June 795. In the Chinese part of inscription, they are given place to inscription of (K k)t¨šrk letter in parallel of sentences is mentioned that TĄ¯ang Emperor Tai Tsung (D¨¤i Zong) regret as death of Uigur Prince Kar   or Tigin who staff commander at his command. Currently, Kar   or Tigin inscription which exhibited at TĄ¯ang West Market Museum, XiĄ¯an, be critically importance in terms of reflecting Chinese and Turks (Uigurs) between historical friendship relationship and being a bilingual inscription. In this article, before status of Turk-China relationship attention served in (K k)t¨šrk Khanate and  t¨šken Uigur Khanate periods; after it is examined (K k)t¨šrk letter part of Kar   or Tigin inscription all its aspects.  in Halk CumhuriyetiĄ¯nin eski ba kenti ChangĄ¯anĄ¯da (XiĄ¯anĄ¯da)  t¨šken Uygur Ka anl    D nemi prenslerinden Kar   or Tigin ad na haz rlanm    ince - T¨šrk e ((K k)t¨šrk harfli Uygurca) bir yaz t bulundu.
