%X En este art¨ªculo se presenta una breve semblanza de la historia del m¨¦todo interpolacionista referido a las fuentes jur¨ªdicas romanas, desde sus or¨ªgenes en la Escuela Humanista del siglo XVI hasta su decadencia en la segunda mitad del siglo XX, y se apuntan algunas l¨ªneas de investigaci¨®n recientes que apuntan a una recuperaci¨®n de la preocupaci¨®n por los problemas de cr¨ªtica textual en los estudios romanistas. This article draws a brief history of interpolationism concerning the Roman legal sources, from its very beginning in the Humanist Legal Scholarship to its fall in the second half of 20th century. Some of the recent lines of research in the Romanist studies pointing out a new rendering of the problems of textual criticism are also discussed here.
