Segunda ¨¦poca %D 2011 %I Universidad de Ja¨¦n %X In last decades, the active labor market policies have become an important instrument to promote and improve the employability of the active population. In M¨¦xico, the active labor market policies has experimented transformations in its structure and evolution, in these sense, the objective of this paper is answer two basic questions: What has been the impacts of the active labor market policies in M¨¦xico from 2000 to 2010? And, What factors are related to improve the employability of the training programs?.To answer the last question, a logistic model is made based on the data of beneficiaries of training programs in Mexico in 2008.
