%X After carrying out some general considerations on protected geographical denominations, the paper approaches the analysis of the causes of opposition to the application of administrative recognition foreseen by the community normative. It is an extremely interesting issue that, enjoying present time in our more immediate environment, it demands a review of the legal regime of geographical designations, as first rules that deploys the efficiency.
