%X El trabajo aborda la evoluci車n del ordenamiento jur赤dico chileno a trav谷s del an芍lisis de situaciones concretas y de las problem芍ticas abordadas por las memorias de los ministros de justicia en el per赤odo indicado, destacando especialmente la transformaci車n del Derecho procesal, el penal, la codificaci車n y la relaci車n Iglesia- Estado. The study addresses the evolution of the Chilean legal system through the analysis of concrete situations and issues contained in the memoirs of the ministers of justice in the aforementioned period, especially highlighting the transformation of the procedural and criminal law, the codification and the Church-State relationship.
