We report a patient who was a preterm, low birth weight neonate with multiple congenital malformations like hypoplasia of the right lung and right pulmonary artery, dextroposition of the heart, patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect. Interestingly, despite a normally draining right pulmonary vein, his chest X-ray showed "Scimitar sign". %K Tracheo-esophageal fistula %K esophageal atresia %K pulmonary hypoplasia %K dextroposition %K situs solitus %K Scimitar syndrome %U http://www.theiaforum.org/Article_Folder/Anaesthetic-Management-Tracheo-esophageal-Malformation-with-Atypical-Scimitar-Syndrome.pdf
