%X O artigo pretende mostrar que o jusnaturalismo aristot¨¦lico n o leva ¨¤ uma "naturaliza  o da pol¨ªtica", isto ¨¦, ¨¤ uma considera  o da hierarquia social como simples imita  o de uma ordem c¨®smica imut¨¢vel. Ao contr¨¢rio, o direito natural aristot¨¦lico, enquanto parte do "d¨ªkaion politik¨®n", aparece como algo n o absoluto, eterno e imut¨¢vel, mas enraizado na hist¨®ria e sujeito ¨¤s mudan as. As principais refer¨ºncias ¨¤ quest o do d¨ªkaion phusik¨®n se encontram na Ret¨®rica, nos Magna Moralia e na ¨¦tica a Nic macos e expressam tr¨ºs concep  es diferentes do justo por natureza. A interpreta  o destas passagens ¨¤ luz da obra do fil¨®sofo permite afirmar o car¨¢ter original do pensamento do autor em rela  o ¨¤ tradi  o jusnaturalista antiga, medieval e moderna. This article intends to show that Aristotle's concept of Natural Law does not imply the "naturalization of politics", that is, it does not lead to a determination of the social hierarchy as mere imitation of an immutable cosmic order. Rather to the contrary, Aristotle's Natural Law, in so far as part of the "d¨ªkaion politik¨®n" is not taken as absolute, eternal and unchangeable, but is indeed rooted in history and is, therefore, subject to change. The main references to the d¨ªkaion politik¨®n are found in the Rhetoric, in the Magna Moralia and in the Nicomachean Ethics, and express three different conceptions about what is naturally just. An interpretation of these passages in accordance to the philosopher's work allows one to state the character of originality of the author's thought when compared to the ancient, medieval and modern traditions of the jus naturale.
