%X As the one of the literary terms, plagiarism is that someone steal else¡¯s poems or works. This situation frequently encountered in the past. At the Z ver and Zihn ¡¯s divans, the poets of the eighteenth century, an interesting situation is observed. All poems of Z ver¡¯s Divan are in Zihn ¡¯s Divan.  n this study, this situation will be reviewed whether plagiarism or pseudonym change. Edebiyat terimi olarak intihal birinin yaz s n  veya  iirini kendisinin gibi g stermektir. Divan  airleri aras nda da ba kalar n n  iirlerinin t¨¹m¨¹n¨¹ veya bir k sm n  aynen alarak kendisininki gibi g sterenler olmu tur. 18. y¨¹zy l  airlerinden Z ver Ahmet Efendi ile Ke anl  Zihn  divanlar  incelendi inde ilgin  bir husus g ze  arpmaktad r: Z ver Divan ¡¯ndaki t¨¹m  iirler, mahlas k s mlar  ve baz  gazellerdeki birka  beytin eksik-fazla olmas  durumu d   nda Zihn  Divan ¡¯ndaki  iirlerin bir k sm n  olu turmaktad r.  al  mam zda bunun bir intihal mi yoksa mahlas de i ikli inin bir sonucu mu oldu u sorusuna cevap aranmaktad r.
