Objetivo: identificar las principales reacciones emocionales y conductuales producto de incidentes de desconfianza con la jefatura de enfermer赤a. Metodolog赤a: se entrevistaron a 90 funcionarios de un centro de salud obteni谷ndose 61 incidentes cr赤ticos de desconfianza. Resultados: la emoci車n m芍s frecuentemente mencionada por los trabajadores es la rabia, producto generalmente de percibir injusticia, y la principal manifestaci車n es el silencio organizacional, restringiendo su comunicaci車n con la jefatura. Conclusi車n: se discute la importancia de que las jefaturas de enfermer赤a eviten incidentes de desconfianza, identifiquen el silencio organizacional y opten por una gesti車n participativa. Results: It was found that the emotion frequently mentioned by the workers is generally the anger product of perceiving injustice and the main manifestation is the organizational silence.
