%X Objetivo principal: Conocer, desde la mirada de los prestadores de servicios sociales y de salud, la atenci車n en salud a las mujeres en situaci車n de desplazamiento. Metodolog赤a: Estudio cualitativo entre abril y agosto de 2008. Se realizaron 12 entrevistas semiestructuradas a prestadores de servicios sociales y de salud, que atienden a la poblaci車n desplazada en el 芍mbito local, regional, nacional. Resultados principales: Las mujeres son percibidas por los prestadores de servicios con su salud alterada y con gran sufrimiento. Este deterioro en salud, se inicia desde el momento mismo del acto violento y contin迆a en la ciudad de asentamiento. Hay un vac赤o en la atenci車n en salud, siendo la remisi車n a otras instituciones, el acto por excelencia que caracteriza la atenci車n. No hay coordinaci車n entre las instituciones para prestar una atenci車n en salud, y no se dispone de estad赤sticas locales de la atenci車n en salud en esta poblaci車n, que les permita orientar su manejo integral. Conclusi車n principal: Estas mujeres son vulneradas en su salud por parte de actores armados y son vulneradas en su derecho a la atenci車n en salud, debido a la brecha entre la ley sobre la atenci車n en salud y su real implementaci車n. Objective: To know, from the glance of the social and health services providers, the attention in health to the women in displacement situation. Methods: Qualitative study between April and August of 2008. 12 semistructured interviews to social and health services providers that take care of the displaced population in the local scope, regional, national were realized. Results: The women are perceived by the social and health services providers with their altered health and great suffering. This deterioration in health begins from the same moment of the violent act and continues in the city of establishment. There is an emptiness in the attention in health, being the remission to other institutions, the act par excellence that characterizes the attention. There is no coordination between the institutions to pay an attention in health, and it is not had local statistics of the attention in health in this population, that allows them to orient its integral handling. Conclusions: These women are harmed in their health on the part of armed actors and are harmed in their right to the attention in ealth, due to the breach between the law on the attention in health and its real implementation.
