%X Justificaci車n: La poblaci車n inmigrante subsahariana es la m芍s desconocida para los profesionales de la salud. Objetivo: Conocer, a trav谷s de sus voces, su cosmovisi車n que enmarca valores, creencias y pr芍cticas sobre salud y enfermedad, centr芍ndonos en el ser humano con enfoque hol赤stico. Metodolog赤a: Cualitativa, fenomenolog赤a. Resultados: Su concepci車n de la vida y del universo est芍 impregnada de la religi車n m芍s antigua del mundo: el animismo. Los antepasados que murieron siguen estando para protegerles. Aprecian la atenci車n sanitaria espa ola pero hay padecimientos que resuelve mejor la medicina tradicional africana. Aunque la atenci車n es correcta puede despertarse susceptibilidad al no conocer los c車digos culturales de la nueva sociedad. La solidaridad familiar es el valor fundamental. Conclusi車n: La solidaridad, valor ancestral en los humanos, debe seguir guiando a los profesionales de la salud comprometidos con la salud de la poblaci車n, defendiendo el Estado de Bienestar frente a las voces que pretenden desmantelarlo. The population of sub-Saharan immigrants is unknown by health care professionals. Objective: know, across his voices, his cosmovision that frames values, beliefs and practices on health and disease, centring on the human being with holistic approach. Methodology qualitative, phenomenology. Results: His conception of the life and of the universe is impregnated with the most ancient religion of the world: the animism. The forbears who died continue being to protect them. They estimate the sanitary Spanish attention though there are sufferings that there solves better the traditional African medicine. Though the attention is correct one can wake susceptibility up on not having known all the cultural codes of the new company. The familiar solidarity is a fundamental value. Conclusions: the ancient solidarity in the human beings must continue guiding the professionals of the health compromised with the health of the population, defending the Welfare state opposite to the voices they it tries to dismantle.
