Predisposing factors for fungal infections are immunosuppression, neutropenia, surgical interventions or intra-articular injections. Fungal arthritis is a rare manifestation of IFI. We present a case of a 75-year-old AML patient, who developed candida arthritis in course of decitabine treatment. %K acute myeloid leukaemia %K fungal infections %K Candida %K arthritis %U http://cornetis.pl/pliki/ML/2011/1/ML_2011_1_54.pdf
