%X Justificaci¨®n: El duelo perinatal, hasta hace poco escasamente reconocido, est¨¢ adquiriendo un estatuto propio. Esto es debido sus caracter¨ªsticas singulares e idiosincr¨¢sicas. Objetivo: Con esta revisi¨®n se pretende se alar y analizar las diferentes variables que interact¨²an en el duelo perinatal. Metodolog¨ªa: Se utilizaron las bases de SCOPUS, Medline y Web of Science, obteni¨¦ndose un total de 146 referencias, de las cuales se seleccionaron 48. Resultados: El an¨¢lisis se agrupa en cuatro categor¨ªas: las reacciones a la p¨¦rdida, la diferencia entre hombres y mujeres, las intervenciones m¨¢s adecuadas por parte del personal sanitario, as¨ª como los principales problemas que presenta la pr¨¢ctica para ellos. Conclusi¨®n: Se realiza un an¨¢lisis cr¨ªtico de la situaci¨®n del duelo perinatal y se plantea el desarrollo de nuevas l¨ªneas de investigaci¨®n que puedan mejorar la pr¨¢ctica cl¨ªnica y dar pie a futuras investigaciones. Justification: Perinatal grief hasn't been recognized in the past, but now it's acquiring an appropriate statute. Objective: With this review, it is expected to point out and analyze the diverse variables that interact in perinatal grief. Methodology: For the articles selection process, data bases from SCOPUS, Medline and Web of Science were consulted. After the process, 48 references (from a total of 146) were obtained. Results: The analysis was grouped in four categories: the initial reactions to the loss, the difference between men and women, the most suitable interventions by sanitary staff, and the main problems which are present in their practise. Conclusion: A critical analysis about the situation of perinatal grief is made and the development of new ways of research.
