%X After the depression of 1929, in 1930s, when the idea of statism started to lead the world, the magazine ¡°Kadro¡±, published by some of the Marxist intellectuals except Yakup Kadri Karaosmano lu, mostly supported the intellectuality of new political regime. Therefore, the movement ¡°Kadro¡± gave voice to the perspective of standing for all kinds of governmental interventions, particularly economical interference and adopted the idea of an authoritarian government. In this article, the magazine ¡°Kadro¡± will be examined in terms of the perspective of language and literature. The magazine ¡°Kadro¡± started publishing before  T¨¹rk Dil Kurumu , and after ¡°TDK¡± was established, it became the assertor of the new government s view of language and literature. It is known that there are 36 issues of the magazine and when all the issues are scrutinized, the simplification in the language can be detected. In this composition, we will try to shed light on the different points of the movement ¡°Kadro¡±, which has great impacts on our literary world. 1929 buhran  sonras nda d¨¹nyada devlet ili in y¨¹kseli e ge ti i 1930 lu y llarda, Yakup Kadri Karaosmano lu d   nda Marksist bir ge mi e sahip olan bir k s m ayd n n   kard    bir dergi olan Kadro,  o unlukla yeni kurulan rejimi entelekt¨¹el a  dan destekleyici bir  izgi izlemi tir. Bu nedenle Kadro hareketi, devletin ba ta ekonomi olmak ¨¹zere hemen her  eye m¨¹dahalesini savunan g r¨¹ leri dile getirmi  ve otoriter bir devlet sistemini benimsemi tir. Bu makalede Kadro dergisinin edebiyat ve dil hakk ndaki g r¨¹ leri incelenecektir. Hen¨¹z T¨¹rk Dil Kurumu kurulmadan yay n hayat na ba layan Kadro Dergisi, T¨¹rk Dil Kurumu nun a  lmas yla birlikte yeni devletin dil ve edebiyat anlay   n n da savunucusu olmu tur. 36 say    kan derginin t¨¹m say lar  incelendi inde dildeki sadele me de fark edilir d¨¹zeydedir.
