%X En este trabajo aspiramos a mostrar que algunos conceptos jur¨ªdicos y morales como los de "dignidad" y "persona" suelen ser difusos, ambiguos y vagos tanto en el uso coloquial como en el especializado de la ¨¦tica y el derecho. Despu¨¦s de un an¨¢lisis ling¨¹¨ªstico -seg¨²n la metodolog¨ªa de la filosof¨ªa del lenguaje anglosajona-, revisamos y precisamos su sentido moral y, desde este punto, determinamos la relevancia sem¨¢ntica que estos t¨¦rminos adquieren en los usos ling¨¹¨ªsticos del derecho y la teor¨ªa moral contempor¨¢nea. This paper attempts to show that some legal and moral concepts, such as "dignity" and "person", are usually diffuse, ambiguous and vague, not only in their everyday use, but also in their specialized usage in the fields of ethics and law. Following a linguistic analysis -applying the English born philosophy of language- the author examine and specify the moral meaning of these concepts and, from this point, determine the semantic importance that these terms acquire in the legal linguistic usage and in contemporary moral theory.
