%X Se present¨® el caso de un paciente de 42 a os de edad, operado en el Hospital General Universitario  Abel Santamar¨ªa Cuadrado  de Pinar del R¨ªo, que presentaba una f¨ªstula entero cut¨¢nea, por persistencia del conducto onfalomesent¨¦rico. El tratamiento consisti¨® en la resecci¨®n intestinal y anastomosis terminoterminal. La evoluci¨®n postoperatoria fue satisfactoria. A 42 year old male patient underwent an operation at "Abel Santamaria" University Hospital, Pinar del Rio. The patient presented an entero coetaneous fistula and persistence of the omphalomesenteric duct. Operative procedures consisted of intestinal resection and end-to-end anastomosis. Postoperative course was satisfactory.
