%X The paper presents comparative research on the clinical picture and distinctive features of the therapy in dysthymia patients who used opiate drugs and drug addiction. 26 patients with dysthymia complicated by addiction to opiate drugs and 22 heroin addicts were examined.The received results will allow doctors to pay attention to the necessary details for the detection of relevant affective disorders, reduce the period of detecting affective disorders that significantly influence the choice of a rational therapy in the status of patients and also to build specific projections regarding patients.
