The mass can cause symptoms dependent upon compression and edema of the surroundings tissues. In this study, we present a 14-year-old girl with a vaguely painful, firm, immobile, enlarging mass measuring 4x4x3 cm on the distal-anterior part of her left humerus. The mass, which was first realized one year before, was removed by the extraperiosteal-intralesional route using tourniquet. %K Aneurysmal bone cyst %K subperiosteal %K magnetic resonance imaging. %U http://onkder.org/pdf.php3?id=832
