So we decided to evaluate a patient with orbital lyposarcoma who treated and followed-up in our clinic as a case report. A 43-year-old male patient had visual loss since 2003. Heterogen solid mass about 3x3.9x3.5 cm was in right medial rectus in orbital computed tomography. The mass was excised completely. External radiotherapy with Co 60 teletherapy was given 50 Gy/ 25 fraction. In his clinical control after the operation, no recurrence and metasthasis was detected. %K Orbital lyposarcoma %K radiotherapy. %U http://onkder.org/pdf.php3?id=678
