%X Este art赤culo presenta datos generales, pol赤ticos y econ車micos sobre Colombia desde 2009, as赤 como una breve descripci車n de eventos coyunturales que marcaron el debate p迆blico. Sugiere que la incertidumbre acerca de una segunda reelecci車n del Presidente Uribe gener車 malestar en torno a la designaci車n de funcionarios p迆blicos clave, las investigaciones en torno a seguimientos indebidos a l赤deres pol赤ticos y sociales desde la agencia estatal de inteligencia y la adjudicaci車n de subsidios agr赤colas. El art赤culo propone que estos malestares permearon las relaciones del pa赤s con sus vecinos. This article presents general political and economic information about Colombia since 2009. In addition, it briefly describes several events that stirred public debate. The article suggests that uncertainty regarding a second reelection of president Uribe contributed to some of the uneasiness surrounding the nomination of key public servants, investigations about undue monitoring of political and social leaders by the national intelligence agency, and distribution of agricultural subsidies. The article suggests that this uncertainty affected Colombia's relations with its neighbors.
