Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, pulmonary infiltrates, and skin and ocular lesions are the most frequently detected manifestations. Although involvement of the spleen is frequent, it is quite rare to experience massive splenomegaly and its clinical symptoms. Since this condition is uncommon, we report here a patient admitted to our clinic with abdominal pain due to massive splenomegaly, together with typical clinical findings. %K Sarcoidosis %K splenomegaly %K corticosteroids %U http://toraks.dergisi.org/text.php3?id=739
