%X El a o 2009 Bolivia ha sido caracterizado por algunos acontecimientos clave: el refer谷ndum constitucional, la aprobaci車n clara de la Constituci車n, la formulaci車n de un nuevo r谷gimen electoral, incluyendo un nuevo padr車n y, a finales del a o, elecciones generales. A trav谷s de estos eventos, la posici車n del MAS se fortaleci車 hasta que termin車 el a o en una posici車n de hegemon赤a pol赤tica. Al mismo tiempo, el uso de estrategias pol赤ticas extra institucionales que dominaron la vida pol赤tica en los a os anteriores ha disminuido fuertemente durante el 2009. During 2009, Bolivia has been characterized by a number of important political events: the constitutional referendum, the approval of the new constitution, the formulation of a new electoral law, including the renewed registration of all voters, and, at the end of the year, general elections. Throughout these events, the position of the governing party, MAS, has grown stronger until it found itself in a hegemonic position at the end of the year. At the same time, the extra-institutional political strategies that dominated political life during previous years, have become much less frequent during 2009.
