%X El art赤culo trata sobre la futura legislaci車n de los servicios sociales de Castilla y Le車n. Para ello se realiza una exposici車n donde se reflexiona sobre la concepci車n de necesidad social ligada a la idea de servicio social. Se presenta el informe previo del Consejo Econ車mico y Social de 26 de Junio de 2009 sobre el Anteproyecto de Ley. Para a continuaci車n llevar a cabo un an芍lisis jur赤dico comparativo a partir del borrador de anteproyecto de ley de servicios sociales y atenci車n a la dependencia de 7 de enero de 2009 y de la ley 18/1988, de 28 de diciembre, de acci車n social y servicios sociales. The present article deals with the future of the Social Services Law in Castilla y Leon. In includes an initial consideration of the concept of social need as linked to the social services. The preliminary report of the Economic and Social Council of 26 June 2009 on the Social Services Bill is presented and a comparative analysis is made between the Social Services and Assistance to Dependence Bill, 7 January 2009; and the Social Action and Social Services Law 18/1988, 28 December.
