%X Proponemos una elaboraci車n del objeto de conocimiento basada en una transformaci車n desde una relaci車n, Objeto-Sujeto, dial谷ctica a una relaci車n tr赤adica con presencia de la Ley como tercero. Como consecuencia esbozaremos un modelo que vaya m芍s all芍 de la distinci車n entre superficie y profundidad descubriendo una estructura con relaciones fijas independientemente del lugar ocupado por cada elemento. Privilegiando la funci車n de corte, la arquitectura del objeto de estudio la encontramos tan en el interior como en el exterior de la estructura social permiti谷ndonos construir una primera clasificaci車n diagn車stica basada en una serie discreta y no en un continuum. We propose an elaboration of the object of study that is based on a transformation from an object-subject, dialectic relation, to a triadic relation with the inclusion of Law as a third component. As a result, we sketch a model that goes beyond the distinction between depth and surface, to discover a structure with fixed relations, independently of the place occupied by each element. If we prioritize the cut function, the architecture of the subject matter is found both in the inside and the outside of the social structure, allowing us to make a first diagnostic classification based on a discrete series, and not on a continuum.
