%X This work responds to one of the main tendencies in the Cuban medical formation which consists of the formation of physicians in the setting of primary health attention; it gives hierarchy to the job education as a main organization form in the medicine career. The design of the apprehension medical method contributes to integrate practical and theoretical knowledge due to the use of different areas from the formative context in the universitary policlinic. It is identified as the nucleus of the system of medical methods of the medicine care. During the formation of this value, the medical students move across two phases, the identity identification and identity consciousness.ResumenEste trabajo responde a una de las principales tendencias en la formaci車n m谷dica cubana actual que consiste en la formaci車n del m谷dico en los escenarios de la atenci車n primaria, jerarquizando a la educaci車n en el trabajo como forma fundamental de organizaci車n de la Carrera de Medicina. El dise o del m谷todo aprehensi車n m谷dica, que contribuye a integrar los conocimientos te車ricos con los pr芍cticos al utilizar las diferentes 芍reas del contexto formativo del policl赤nico universitario, se identifica como el n迆cleo del sistema de m谷todos de la Carrera de Medicina, contribuye a formar el valor identidad profesional m谷dica; durante la formaci車n de este valor el estudiante de medicina transita por dos fases, la de identificaci車n identitaria y la de concientizaci車n identitaria.
