%X This work shows how through the development of international agreements of cooperation provides solutions to the necessities of the Colombian educational reality in different levels and components of the teaching learning process, Institutional Educative Projects, analyzing different contexts, identifying the existent problem and proposing alternatives for solution. It reaches our schools located in the whole national territory and modernizing the agreement processes, with the requirements of the education for the XXI Century.
