%X This research aims to analyze how the media education's workshop in photographic language performed with students of Col¨¦gio de Aplica  o da Universidade Estadual de Londrina(Application School from Londrina¡¯s Public University) contributes to critical literacy in photography as well as the growth and strengthening of their commitment to their school community. It is a work that stands on two major fronts: literary critical in photographic language and the use of this language to evoke the feeling of belonging. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar como a oficina de midiaeduca  o na linguagem fotogr¨¢fica realizada com educandos do Col¨¦gio de Aplica  o da Universidade Estadual de Londrina contribui para a alfabetiza  o cr¨ªtica em fotografia, bem como no crescimento e fortalecimento de seu comprometimento com a sua comunidade escolar. Trata-se de um trabalho que se situa em duas grandes frentes: a alfabetiza  o cr¨ªtica na linguagem fotogr¨¢fica e o uso desta linguagem para despertar o sentimento de perten a.
