%0 Journal Article %T The Satisfaction Levels of Outpatients in Silvan State Hospital Puplic %A Mansur £¿zcan %A Veysi £¿zkaynak %A £¿zzettin Tokta£¿ %J Dicle Medical Journal %D 2008 %I Dicle University Medical School %X This study has been done with the aim of evaluating the outpatients¡¯ acknowledgement levels of the service and their expectancies. They have interviewed with 117 individuals who accept to participate in this study.The participants are 59% of men, 4,3% child (aged 0- 12), 13,7% adolesen (aged 13-18), others are adult individuals. 13,6% of participants have no social insurance and only 41,0% of them have green cards. 83,7% of patients from the first application and registration processes and personnel, 86,3% given information from the consultation, 82,5% from the examination period, 78,2% from the doctors¡¯ giving information to the patients, 90,9% from the doctor¡¯s respect and delicacy, 90,7% from the nurses and health personnel have pleased or much pleased.69,8% of participants from the cleansing of toilet and wash basin in hospital, 76% generally from the hospital have pleased or much pleased. 75% of patients have stated that they will prefer the same hospital in the case of their illnesses. Also, 76% of patients have expressed that they will recommend to other patients.Patients are generally accepted as an indicator of service quality and a result of health services. For that reason, it is essential to be measured.
