%X The intranasal tooth is a rare clinical phenomenon that has unclear etiology. It may result to rhinolith with deposition calcium and organic materials around the ectopic nasal tooth. In this report we presended 43-year-old female who had ectopic nasal tooth which seems to be rhinolith .Diagnose of ectopic nasal tooth was determined by radiological examination and it was extracted by endoscopically.
