%X To change a society and install new obligations in this society is very diffucult. But this will be possible with taking into account the all status of this society.  n the QurĄŻan revelation, the level and condition of the Muslims, were taken into account, Therefore, the QurĄŻan didnĄŻt revealed altogether at a time. But revealed gradually at twenty three years according to the level, needs, notions, and progress of the society. Thus, this society didnĄŻt encountered with a book which they didnĄŻt see similar to this book previously. Therefore, they accustomed more easily a book descending step by step.
