%X The development of Schistosoma mansoni was observed during 50 days. Two mices Mus musculus of an experimental group was infected and compared with a control group of non-infected mices of the same specie. Changes in color and hipertrofy features of the porta-hepatic system and some organs were detected in experimental group¡¯s mices. Eggs were intentificated in liver, intestine and excrements. A S. mansoni adult could be observed in one of the infected mices. The project developed on observation of S. mansoni¡¯s cicle since its infection process, incubation, display and identification of desease clinic shape features. The results obtained are according with the corrent studies.
