%0 Journal Article %T Antagonistic effects of vitamin E on transcription activity cyP450 and antioxidant enzyme genes in the liver of mice treated acutely with TCDD %A YIN Hai-Ping %A XU Jian-Ping %A YANG Shou-Hua %A ZHOU Xian-Qing %J Acta Zoologica Sinica %D 2008 %I %X To investigate the effects of vitamin E on transcription activity of liver CYP4501A1£¬CYP4501A2£¬CYP4501B1£¬SOD£¬GSH-Px£¬CAT gene in mice treated acutely with 2, 3, 7, 8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin £¨TCDD£©. The acute treatment was assigned 3 groups, and the level of both TCDD and vitamin E were 0 and 0, 30 and 0, 30 ¦Ìg/kg and 100 mg/kg¡¤d, respectively. Livers were collected to analyze transcription activity of CYP4501A1, CYP4501A2, CYP4501B1, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT gene by Real-time PCR method. The results showed that 1)the level of CPY4501A1, 1A2, 1B1 in the acute TCDD-treatment were significant higher than the that of control group , vitamin E(100 mg/kg) inhibited the significant increase; 2)there was a decreasing tendency of SOD, GSH-Px mRNA levels and significant decrease of CAT mRNA level after acute treatment with TCDD, the mRNA level of SOD and CAT had significant increase, while the level of GSH-Px had a increasing tendency in the group supplemented vitamin E 100 mg/kg compared to the group treated with TCDD.
