%X O presente ensaio promove uma análise a respeito das diversas concep  es e distin  es relativas à concep  o bioética de pessoa humana, tendo em conta o pressuposto básico de que as diversas ideias de pessoa sup em-se apresentadas em correspondência a épocas ou sociedades determinadas e que dessa maneira devem ser consideradas. Pretende a autora, através da utiliza  o do método dialético, identificar os aspectos contraditórios, impregnados dos contextos socioecon mico, cultural e ideológico subjacentes à discuss o que dá origem a presente reflex o. O tema é desenvolvido enfocando o fen meno sob perspectiva histórica e diacr nica. Examina a origem e aponta as distin  es conceituais entre ser humano, homem, indivíduo e pessoa humana; entre indivíduo, individualidade, subjetividade e personalidade e analisa as diversas concep  es sobre pessoa humana, a saber: a concep  o religiosa de S o Tomás de Aquino, influenciada por Boécio; a concep  o racional de Kant; a ideia de pessoa e alteridade em Lèvinas; e, para findar, discorrendo sobre os aspectos fundamentais e inovadores no humanismo levinasiano e as implica  es jusfilosóficas ligadas à ideia de pessoa humana. ABSTRACT: The present assay promotes a relative analysis regarding the diverse conceptions and distinctions to the jusphilosofical conception of person human being, having in account the basic estimated one of that the diverse ideas of person are assumed presented in correspondence the definitive times or societies and that in this way they must be considered. It intends the author, through the use of the dialectic method, to identify the contradictory aspects, impregnated of partner-economic, cultural and ideological the context underlying to the quarrel that of the origin the present reflection. The subject is developed focusing the phenomenon under historical and diacronyc perspective. It examines the origin and it points the conceptual distinctions between human being, man, individual and person human being; between individual, individuality, subjectivity and personality and analyze the diverse conceptions on person human being, namely: the religious conception of St. Thomas Aquinas, influenced by Boecius, the rational conception of Kant, the idea of person and alterity in Lèvinas, to end discoursing on the basic and innovative aspects in the levinasian humanism and on jusphilosofical implications to the idea of person human being.
