%X O presente artigo tem por objeto o estudo do benef¨ªcio do aux¨ªlio-reclus o, no fito de obter um olhar cient¨ªfico que averigue os objetivos, bem como a quem se destina e como o ordenamento jur¨ªdico traz suas previs es de concess o. Ressalta, tamb¨¦m, o estudo constitucional do tema, exaltando a maximiza  o dos direitos fundamentais por meio do instituto em voga. Ser¨¢ utilizado o m¨¦todo hipot¨¦tico-dedutivo, ancorado no estudo de materiais prim¨¢rios, tais quais: livros, textos da internet e demais artigos colhidos em livros, peri¨®dicos e legisla  o. ABSTRACT: This article focuses on the study of the benefit of the aid seclusion, in view to get a look to inquire scientific objectives and the intended audience and how the legal system brings his predictions concession. It emphasizes the study of constitutional theme, extolling the maximization of fundamental rights by the institute in vogue. It will use the hypothetical-deductive method, grounded in the study of primary materials, such as books, internet and other texts of articles collected in books, journals and legislation.
