%X The identification of a person is a general need because its individualization is achieved in all legal reports, but also a continuous need because, the man, since his birth until his deathparticipates continuously in so many diverse reports. At this stage of society¡¯s computerization, in addition to names, civil status and residence, the individualization, identification of the individual ismainly achieved with a number composed of 13 digits, numerical code named civil code number allocated to each individual. Although a part of identification, the civil code number contains a seriesof important information about its holder.
