In our clinic we performed in following order between 1990 and 2004: punc-ture, drainage, sclerotherapy and marsupialization (laparoscopic and open). We analyzed 32 patients and there was no correlation between extent of preparation of the iliac ves-sels or the types of materials normally used (clips versus ligation). It depends on the position of lymphoceles wich method (laparoscopic or open) should be used. Less inva-sive preparation of the vessels and accurate ligation of lymph vessels around the renal hilus of kidney transplant make sense. %K transplantation %K lymphoceles %K laparoskopic %U http://www.transplantation.de/uploads/media/03_Hamza.pdf
