%X Los seres vivos son capaces de generar campos magn谷ticos. A pesar de ser muy d谷biles, estos campos ya pueden ser detectados por instrumentos sofisticados, lo que abre un nuevo campo de investigaci車n. Estudios recientes sobre este fen車meno revelan que la detecci車n y el an芍lisis de los campos generados en 車rganos como el cerebro, coraz車n, pulmones, h赤gado y otros, pueden facilitar el diagn車stico y los tratamientos de enfermedades, entre otras aplicaciones. Biological systems are able to generate magnetic fields. In spite of the fact that these fields are weak, now it is possible to detect them by means of sophisticated equipments and thus opens a new research field. Recent studies on this phenomenon reveal that the detection and analysis of the generated fields in organs such as the brain, heart, lungs, liver and other scan facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses among other possible applications.
