%X This paper is intended to be a descriptive account of the Fifth Forum on Angolan children. The Forum took place in the city of Luanda, Angola in 2011. Our participation in the event allowed us to observe that it is important to understand the context in which children live to improve the effectiveness of public policy regarding their development.
