%X O presente artigo objetiva discutir a l車gica subjacente ao movimento dial谷tico da figura do Senhor e do Servo. Jean-Pierre Labarri豕re 谷 quem afirma categoricamente a tese segundo a qual h芍 uma L車gica por tr芍s do movimento da Consci那ncia. Ora, a quest o fundamental que se coloca, nesse caso, 谷: qual a l車gica que preside o movimento da consci那ncia para a consci那ncia de si, culminado em sua unidade no momento da Raz o? A hip車tese aqui perseguida, situando-se na esteira da interpreta  o de Labarri豕re, 谷 de que a l車gica que se encontra "por tr芍s da consci那ncia", nessa figura da Fenomenologia do Esp赤rito, 谷 a mesma l車gica que Hegel apresenta na Doutrina da Ess那ncia, na Ci那ncia da L車gica. Para tanto, explicitar as categorias l車gicas da Doutrina da Ess那ncia e acompanhar o seu desdobramento configuram o objetivo central deste trabalho. This paper aims to discuss the logic that underlies the master-servant dialectic. Jean-Pierre Labarri豕re categorically claims that there is a logic underlying the movement of the consciousness. The fundamental issue at stake is this: What is the logic that regulates the movement of the consciousness of the self, which culminates in its unity in the moment of reason? The hypothesis advanced here, following Labarri豕re's suggestions, is that the logic that lies "behind the consciousness" in this figure in Phenomenology of the Mind, is the same logic that Hegel presents in the doctrine of essence in the Science of Logic. The central goal of the present work is to make explicit the logical categories of the doctrine of essence, and to follow their unfolding.
