%X We aim in this paper a first exploration of an aspect of the intellectual biography of Max Weber still to be explored: the relationship between his personal religiosity and the evolution of his social and historical thought. We shall study Weber s origins in the context of the so-called German educated bourgeoisie between his student years in Heidelberg and 1894, when he was appointed professor of political economyat Freiburg. We give here priority to the analysis of the dominant style of religiosity in Weber s social group, as well as of some of the theology works he read. At last, we try to elucidate the meaning of his self-description as religiously ※unmusical§.O prop車sito deste artigo 谷 fornecer subs赤dios para a abordagem de um aspecto da trajet車ria intelectual de Max Weber ainda pouco explorado: o da rela  o entre a sua religiosidade pessoal e a evolu  o de seu pensamento hist車rico-social. Estudaremos sua origem no contexto da chamada burguesia culta alem , do per赤odo em que viveu comoestudante em Heidelberg ao ano de 1894, quando foi nomeado professor de economia pol赤tica em Freiburg. Priorizaremos a an芍lise do estilo de religiosidade dominante em seu grupo social, bem como algumas das obras de teologia que leu com vistas 角 elucida  o do sentido da sua autodefini  o como um homem ※amusical§ do ponto de vista religioso.
