%X Se presenta una revisi¨®n de los distintos aspectos de las relaciones interpersonales con las particularidades especificas que tienen lugar entre el m¨¦dico, el paciente y familiar y los cambios que ha experimentado esta relaci¨®n a trav¨¦s del tiempo. Se definen sus caracter¨ªsticas y clasificaci¨®n en activa-pasiva, cooperativa guiada y de participaci¨®n mutua. Se detallan las diferentes etapas y la importancia de cada una de ellas, as¨ª como las deficiencias m¨¢s frecuentes. Se refleja lo que est¨¢ ocurriendo en pa¨ªses capitalistas con sistema neoliberal, donde la salud est¨¢ en manos de empresas privadas y seguros, que convierten los servicios m¨¦dicos en una forma m¨¢s de comercio. Por ¨²ltimo, se comenta el impacto del desarrollo tecnol¨®gico de los a os actuales, tanto en sus aspectos positivos como negativos Several aspects of personal relationships, with emphasis on the specific particularities of the physician-patient-family relationships and how they have changed in the course of time, were reviewed. Their characteristics were defined and classified into active/passive, guided cooperative and mutual participatory relationship. Different stages of these relationships, their importance and most frequent deficiencies were specified. The present situation of capitalist countries with the neoliberal system, where health services are under control of private and insurance companies that turn medical services into another trading line, was explained. Lastly, both positive and negative aspects of the impact of the technological development in recent years were also commented on
