The study was wondering about which would be the socio-demographic characteristics of Pentecostals and historical factors limiting the growth for a century, the Chilean Pentecostals, offering hypotheses about the relationship between Pentecostalism and socially disadvantaged groups, people with less education and level of qualifications for the job, smaller communes Human Development Index, HDI, more rural, medium and large population size, but with low HDI, with the highest percentage of population belonging to the native peoples of the country as well as Evangelicals are characterized by receiving a higher percentage of disabled people of all kinds, and its members over age 15 have significant deficits in higher education. %K pentecostalismo %K evang¨¦licos %K desarrollo humano %K discapacidad %U http://www.revistaculturayreligion.cl/articulos/vol_3_n2_2009_4_Oscar_Corvalan.html
