%X O objetivo deste trabalho ¨¦ apresentar as experi¨ºncias docentes no emprego do memorial de forma  o do cuidado como metodologia de pesquisa-forma  o na elabora  o de trabalhos de conclus o de curso do Curso de Enfermagem. Por meio dessa abordagem de ensino, pretende-se que o estudante reflita sobre o seu pr¨®prio processo de forma  o a fim de tomar consci¨ºncia dos acontecimentos, estrat¨¦gias e espa os que, para ele, ao longo da sua vida, contribu¨ªram como formadores. Nesse sentido, a constru  o do memorial oportuniza o resgate de leituras a respeito do cuidado, possibilitando aos estudantes a narrativa de suas experi¨ºncias de forma  o, de modo significativo, no decorrer do ensino. A reflex o sobre os aprendizados durante a elabora  o do memorial de forma  o permite que o processo de narrar e de escutar a si e ao Outro seja fator de busca de novas identidades profissionais e de novos conhecimentos. Assim, o memorial ¨¦ um dispositivo pedag¨®gico de reflex o cr¨ªtica que reinventa o cuidado da pessoa consigo mesma e o cuidado com o Outro, fato que ¨¦ de extre ma relevancia para o futuro profissional de sa¨²de e para o educador. This paper aimed to present teaching experiences that used the care training brief as a research-training methodology in preparing course completion papers in the College of Nursing. This teaching approach is intended to cause the students to reflect on their own training process in order to become aware of events, strategies and spaces that, to them, throughout their lives, contributed to their training. In this regard, the process of building the brief favors readings regarding care to be brought up again, enabling students to narrate their training experiences, in a significant manner, in the course of their education. Reflecting on the learning made while preparing the training brief allows the process of narrating and listening to oneself and to Others to be a factor is seeking new professional identities and new knowledge. Thus, the brief is a pedagogical tool for critical reflection that reinvents the person's care with him or herself and the care for Others, a fact that is extremely important both for the future health professional and for the educator.
