%X The place of Ukrainian institutional environment in the international system of coordinates is determined. Institutional framework of foreign trade with high-tech commodities is identified. The dynamics of individual indicators in the field of innovative and high-tech manufacturing, which were formed under the general economic climate influence, are investigated. The necessity of the correction of economic development vector and the corresponding radical institutional changes in terms of adaptation to globalization challenges is substantiated.
